APLI covers lawsuits resulting from errors and omissions and includes Employment Practices Liability. APLI insures the management company, its association clients, their board members, all employees, all committee members, and volunteers acting at the direction of the association. 

This plan provides $1,000,000 coverage per incident and $1,000,000 of annual aggregate. The limits can be increased up to $5,000,000 coverage per incident and $5,000,000 of annual aggregate with underwriter's approval.
